As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence. You’ll work in some of Bali’s most vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more—connecting with retailers, distributors, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the outdoor products sector.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for outdoor products.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
