Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or field sales, preferably in the industrial, metal, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field visits.
