Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
