Whether you're based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers the flexibility to work in some of Bali’s most vibrant and scenic locations.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of outdoor sales operations.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and inventory records for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with the marketing team to promote outdoor products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic sales planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during outdoor sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in outdoor sales, tourism, or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali for client meetings, events, and site visits.
