Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on outdoor gear and accessories.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Eigerindo’s outdoor equipment, including hiking, camping, and climbing gear.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor or sports equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for outdoor activities (hiking, camping, climbing, etc.) and familiarity with related gear.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
