Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Handle objections professionally and convert them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in B2B or B2C).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
