Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive product presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in outbound roles).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
