Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services in the entertainment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately document all call activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide detailed product information and handle objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in entertainment or related fields).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic digital tools.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, particularly in the afternoon/evening shifts.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high level of enthusiasm.
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
