Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide product/service information and address client inquiries professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Excel, email).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (remote options available).
