Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in the telecommunications sector.
- Monitor team performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, revenue) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, promotions, and sales scripts for maximum impact.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (preferably in telecommunications, SaaS, or B2B sales).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to make strategic, data-backed decisions.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates).
