Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Deliver compelling product/service pitches tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads through email, phone, or chat to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on a day shift schedule (Bali time).
