Responsibility
- Generate and verify Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for all outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all outbound logistics activities.
- Resolve any discrepancies in delivery documentation promptly.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders on delivery statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with customer service to address any delivery-related inquiries.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
