Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to small businesses in the US to promote UrbanflixTV’s products and services.
- Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
