Responsibility
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Process orders, upgrades, and service modifications efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, service disruptions, and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecommunications is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
