Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Process orders, upgrades, and service modifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, service disruptions, and technical support.
