Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of OT security strategies for managed services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and monitoring of security controls for ICS, SCADA, and IoT systems in client environments.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate threats to operational technology assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT and IT security frameworks, ensuring seamless protection across converged environments.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging OT security trends, tools, and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage incident response for OT-related security breaches, coordinating with global teams to minimize impact and restore operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the security awareness and capabilities of client teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in security postures through audits, penetration testing, and compliance validation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in OT/ICS security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for managed services.
- Deep expertise in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and IoT security architectures.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing security frameworks compliant with NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443, or ISO 27001.
- Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection for OT environments.
- Experience with security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
