Responsibility

  • Represent Tata Communications in customer and industry forums, presenting solutions and gathering feedback to refine product offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption of the Customer Interaction Suite.
  • Analyze market and technology trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize the suite’s functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data security, privacy, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, customer engagement technologies, or a related domain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving product development and successfully launching customer-facing solutions.
