Responsibility

  • Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with security policies.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and cloud services.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address IT-related needs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
