Based in Bali’s premier locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more), this position offers competitive compensation, professional growth, and the chance to work with industry-leading orthopaedic technologies.
Responsibility
- Provide clinical support during orthopaedic and arthroscopic surgeries, assisting surgeons with product selection and technique optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on orthopaedic implants, instruments, and arthroscopy systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize medical education events, workshops, and conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and company policies in all sales and clinical activities.
- Manage territory sales plans, including forecasting, account management, and achieving quarterly revenue targets.
- Travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions to support key accounts and surgical cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; a background in orthopaedics or sports medicine is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopaedics, arthroscopy, or sports medicine.
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to understand surgical procedures and orthopaedic technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in relationship-building with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to attend surgeries and meetings outside standard business hours.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute across Bali’s key medical hubs.
