Responsibility
- Provide expert technical support and training for Roche's medical applications to healthcare professionals and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and optimize healthcare applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance, integration, and usability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical guides.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for application improvements and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare IT.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely and successful deployment of new applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, application support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical applications, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with training and supporting end-users in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
