Responsibility
- Design and implement organizational development strategies to improve workplace culture and employee performance.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in talent management and HR processes.
- Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align organizational goals with employee development and engagement.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformations and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted initiatives and policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to talent retention, succession planning, and organizational design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Organizational Development, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and change management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools is a plus.
