Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Logistics) to identify process gaps and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
- Configure and maintain ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) to ensure seamless O2C workflows and data integrity.
- Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., DSO, order fulfillment time, invoice accuracy) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead process documentation, training, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or organizational changes.
- Resolve complex order-to-cash issues, including billing discrepancies, payment delays, and customer disputes, in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting process improvements, cost savings, and revenue optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA) to enhance O2C processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes, financial operations, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and financial reporting within a global business services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP software. Experience with RPA or automation tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
