As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee financial operations for construction projects, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning. Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting for construction projects, including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost control mechanisms for construction activities.
- Conduct audit support and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial risks specific to construction projects.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize project profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in construction or project-based accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with construction cost accounting, job costing, and contract financial management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
