Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for farm operations, including feed costs, labor, and equipment expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for farm management and corporate stakeholders.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with farm managers to budget, forecast, and track financial performance against targets.
- Process payroll for farm staff and manage vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Conduct audits of farm financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for poultry production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in agriculture, poultry, or livestock industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific tools) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
