Responsibility
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and market competitiveness.
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently, from receipt to fulfillment, while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and production) to ensure timely order scheduling and delivery.
- Follow up on quotation results and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates or delays to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain and update customer records, order histories, and related documentation in the company’s ERP system.
- Resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze order trends and contribute to strategic planning for inventory and demand forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, sales support, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with international trade, customs regulations, or export/import processes is a plus.
