Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and maintain 100% SLA compliance across all distribution platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected in the system to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Implement best practices to streamline order management processes and reduce errors.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, distribution, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
