Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments.
- Monitor order statuses, track inventory levels, and communicate updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, returns, and adjustments in the companyâs ERP or CRM system.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, providing professional and prompt resolutions.
- Generate reports on order volumes, turnaround times, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve order-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management software is a plus.
