Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and receipts with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle daily cash transactions, including petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable (AR) records, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, financial summaries, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all client and internal documentation is complete and compliant.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock management to support sales operations.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve administrative queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and data confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales administration, accounting, or office administration is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
