Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end order management and billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless billing and revenue recognition.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to financial policies, regulations, and SOX controls.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in order management and billing.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage data and generate insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order management, billing, or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial regulations is a plus.
- Experience in a consulting or multinational environment is highly desirable.
