Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy in system entries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, technical product specifications, and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to troubleshoot order discrepancies and resolve delivery delays proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all transactions and customer interactions within the ERP/CRM system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain planners to ensure timely availability of products.
- Provide technical support by translating customer requirements into accurate order configurations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order management workflows and enhance service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Technical Support roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
