Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on order status.
- Assist in optimizing delivery routes and schedules for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in order management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the local delivery networks in Bali is an advantage.
