Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations for clients across industries, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and optimize business processes within Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to clients and internal teams on Oracle best practices, customizations, and troubleshooting.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend Oracle-based solutions to address client pain points.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide training sessions on Oracle ERP functionalities and industry trends.
- Stay abreast of emerging Oracle technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, Blockchain) and assess their applicability for client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, EBS R12) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, with a focus on implementation, configuration, or support.
- Proven expertise in at least two Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Manufacturing) and familiarity with Oracle tools like SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, or Oracle BI.
- Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably with a Big Four or tier-one firm.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (domestic/international).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
