Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients selecting eyewear, ensuring a personalized and consultative experience.
- Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses that match their style, prescription needs, and budget.
- Conduct basic eyewear adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and proper alignment.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and the latest trends in optical fashion.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage inventory using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail display to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the optical team to meet sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry best practices to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (optical experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and helping others look and feel their best.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame materials (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
