Responsibility
- Operate and maintain construction and safety equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Document operational activities, incidents, and maintenance logs accurately and promptly.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and work sites as required.
- Provide support during safety audits and compliance checks.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and safety knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an operator in construction, safety management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and operational environments.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
