Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure the successful execution of air conditioning rental projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee project logistics, including equipment deployment, installation, maintenance, and retrieval, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, customer support, and technical teams to align project requirements with operational capabilities and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or project execution, preferably in the HVAC, rental services, or facilities management industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, rental operations, or event logistics is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
