Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Payroll Coordination: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while addressing employee inquiries.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery aligns with company standards.
- Finance Support: Provide basic financial assistance, including expense tracking, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in HR and operational workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed).
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
