Responsibility
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure salary structures and benefits packages remain attractive and compliant.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to analyze compensation data and recommend adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and the Philippines.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, budget impacts, and program effectiveness.
- Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programs, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and market trends in Southeast Asia.
- Proficient in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CCP) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
