Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with The SM Store’s business goals in Bali, ensuring they support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead the design and implementation of HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition, tailored to the unique needs of our Bali operations.
- Oversee compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR policies and practices adhere to local and corporate standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, including onboarding, training, and career development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Represent The SM Store in local HR networks, industry events, and community initiatives to build the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHRi) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or managerial role, preferably in retail or a multinational environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational development, with a focus on creating high-performance cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
