Responsibility
- Partner with healthcare leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance workforce performance.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Design and deliver employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Drive performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development pathways.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a fair and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and healthcare compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
