Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
- Supervise general affairs activities, including office administration, facility management, and vendor relations.
- Organize and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
