Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate performance management programs and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assist in HR compliance and ensure adherence to local labor laws
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-growing companies is a plus
