Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate performance management programs and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in HR compliance and ensure adherence to local labor laws
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing companies is a plus
