Responsibility
- Assist in employee engagement programs, including event planning, surveys, and feedback analysis to boost morale and retention.
- Support recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Help develop and implement workplace wellness initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
- Assist in HR data management, including maintaining employee records and generating reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to HR policies, compliance, or process improvements.
- Conduct research on industry trends in automotive/motorcycle lifestyle to inform HR strategies.
- Participate in performance management activities, such as tracking KPIs or assisting with evaluations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative on projects.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Interest in the automotive, motorcycle, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
