Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with local labor laws and company values.
- Oversee payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and precision, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle office administration tasks, such as vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
- Organize team-building activities and corporate events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-growing company or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
