Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration for all employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
