Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming requests, applications, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service) to ensure timely resolution of operational tasks.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including report generation, data entry, and file management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally, offering clear and concise communication via email, phone, or internal platforms.
- Assist in the preparation of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with database management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach to service delivery.
