Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments, tracking, and delivery status.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse staff, drivers, and management, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and customer interactions using FedEx's proprietary systems.
- Monitor and report any operational discrepancies or delays to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact on service quality.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, operations support, or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and database management tools.
