Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations in Blitar and Tulungagung, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
