Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily trucking operations to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment statuses, track fleet movements, and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver schedules.
- Liaise with clients, drivers, and warehouse teams to streamline communication and workflow.
- Prepare and manage operational reports, including delivery confirmations and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all trucking activities.
- Optimize route planning to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Assist in inventory management and coordinate with other departments for seamless logistics support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, trucking, or transportation operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using logistics software or fleet management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
