Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize daily logistics and manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Train and supervise junior staff to ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and operational software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
