Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Optimize warehouse and transportation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational activities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency and reliability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise operational staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
