Responsibility

  • Accurately input and maintain client and policy data in internal systems to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and dispatch professional quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and compliance with company standards.
  • Register and process new insurance claims, verifying documentation and following procedural guidelines.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, agents, and clients to facilitate smooth claim settlements and policy issuances.
  • Generate and distribute operational reports to management and stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries and administrative issues with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in administrative, insurance, or office support roles is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
